Wholesale enquiry template
For stockists: the shop, the quantity, and what they would stock.
Who it is for
For makers who sell to shops: the visitor names their shop, how many units a month they might take and what they would like to stock. You reply with trade prices from your email; the note beside the heading says it is for stockists, so retail customers look elsewhere.

Will I get an email for each message?
Yes, once you confirm your address. Reply straight from your own email.
Does it work on my site?
Yes, on any site that lets you add one line: WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Wix and more.
Will I get spam?
Far less. Bots fill in a hidden field, and what they send is dropped. Past 200 messages a day, the rest wait apart with no email each, to read or delete at once.
Can I change it once it is live?
Any time. Edit it and publish, and your site shows the new version.
