Contact Form
Visitors pick a topic, write and send. Every message arrives in your Inbox with the topic they picked, from a form that looks like your site built it.
Live today, in every Workspace.
- One script
- Added to your site once. Contact Form and every widget after it arrive through the same tag.
- Where it appears
- Inline, where you mark it · Placed for you.
- Built to be read
- Built to WCAG 2.2 AA in both themes. It takes your site's font, and the colour and corners you choose.
What the contact form does
- The fields you need
- Name, email, phone, subject, message, a line of text, or a choice of topics. You decide which are required.
- Topics, as chips
- A choice field shows its options as a row of chips, and the one a visitor picks arrives with their message.
- Every state, in your words
- What the button says while it sends, the thanks afterwards, the line shown if a message fails — or a page of yours to go to once it is sent.
- Your site's look
- Your font, your accent colour and your corner radius, in light, in dark, or following the visitor's own setting.
- Inline or in a corner
- Inside the page, in an element you mark. Or behind a button in a corner of the screen, opening over the page when it is pressed.
- One Inbox
- Messages wait until you mark them done. Reply by email in one click, and export everyone who wrote as a spreadsheet.
On your site in three steps
- Make it in the Studio
Start from a template, change the words and the look, and see it on a stand-in of your own page as you go.
- Publish
Publishing writes a version. Every earlier one stays in the Studio's history, one click from being live again.
- Add one line, once
One line on your site, and a marker where the form should appear. The widget's page gives you both, ready to copy.
Questions about the contact form
Something else? Write to us at [email protected].
Will I get an email when somebody writes?
Yes, once you confirm your address. Every message is emailed to you as it arrives, with a link straight to it in your Inbox, and replying opens your own email, so the answer comes from you.
Does it work on WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Squarespace and Wix?
Yes. Each of them has a place to add one line to your site, though some keep it for their paid plans. The Install page in your dashboard shows exactly where, platform by platform.
Will it slow my site down?
No. It loads after your page has appeared, and only on the pages that show it, so your visitors never wait for it.
Can everyone use it?
Yes. Every field is labelled, it works by keyboard alone and with a screen reader, and its text stays readable whatever colour you choose. It is built to WCAG 2.2 AA, the usual accessibility standard.
Will I get spam?
Far less. The form carries a field only bots fill in, and whatever they send is dropped before it reaches your Inbox. Real visitors are never asked to solve a puzzle.
Can I change it once it is live?
Yes. Edit it in the Studio and publish again, and your site shows the new version without you touching it.
Can my AI assistant set it up?
Yes. Connect an assistant that supports MCP, and it can make, change and publish a contact form for you, with your access and nothing more.
